  1. It is difficult to change one’s “feelings” just by wanting it. Emotions are so volatile, they are affected by all kinds of circumstances, even sleep and weather, as well as the way others around us act (or do not act).
    Like a butterfly, if you pursue “happiness” it will likely fly away. Concentrate on the pure things of life and being like a person you admire, and like a butterfly, happiness will come and rest on your arm. 😉
