What does this mean metaphorically and literally . You balance your life between action and non-action or resting from time to time .You balance between being or knowing intuitively and rationally and doing what you can from that place of high awareness …

It is like planting a seed to grow into a larger plant or a tree getting taller and thicker to become fruitful … You plant the seed and water it and look after it once a day or once a week or as much as you should depending on the seed but you do not go looking after the seed every hour . You water it and nourish it as much as it requires while trusting and allowing to grow with divine care and trust . If one seed fails to grow , you have other chances or seeds to plant and grow .

Another example you find in life is how managers take care and supervise their employees .In practice , a manager looks after his or her employees to supervise them but he or she trusts and allows the employees to be freely responsible for their action without him or her being so involved . Mangers or directors do not need having to always micromanage every bit of a small detail and keep going back and forth every minute because this shows mistrust and the employees would not be accountable for their choices and tasks if they are not properly treated and delegated to some tasks small or large … I am not saying that the manager or executive or a director or CEO or whoever it be should not have a strong flexibile character or reasonable power but he or she should manage resources and deal with the employees and clients mindfully, interdependently and responsibly .

Visionary managers on all levels treat their employees with love , strength , trust and high morale … A company in America that allowed all employees to share more profits when the company has been doing very well and booming at good times , has been helped so much in return by those employees feeling at home being cherished , doing their best to contribute to the success of their company when it has faced difficulties. The company then has found solutions to problems during the tough times due to the fact that the employees all have done all they can to help the company move forward and advance during the hard times … Yes , you shall have equilibrium between being unconditional love, mindfullness and trust and acting from this inspired state …Loving the rights of employees , they could be granted to choose their paid vacations to refresh their energies and have space for their personal growth and evolution to be resourceful to the company they work for . Yes , employees have duties to do but they could improve performance if given proper compensation and treated well … You ACt and rest then … You take action and truat and allow the divine flow in life …
