For sure , when you use the word repetitively I am getting better and better everyday ,for example ,and truely believe, it will help you become better each day and compel you to take better and more inspired action. Off course , you should try to take actions that enhances inner feelings of contentment like helping other people and doing activities that you like such as sports or listening to music or whatever you wish. Positive Affirmations need to be persistent and in line with positive feelings and constructive good actions. It gives you a way of being more optimistic person unleashing your greater power of sustainable development and prosperity.
